Under the Same Moon: PLOT SEGMENTATION

This was a very good movie. Very interesting plot. Lots of emotional feelings ranging from fear, anger to sorrow and happiness. You could feel the pain of the child as he missed his mother, and the love for his " Granny". Even though I could not understand all that was said, I almost didn't have to read the script to understand what was being said. The title Under the same Moon implied the mother and son were not separated when the looked at the moon because, even though they were hundreds of miles apart they were looking at the moon together.
During the movie the suspense kept you on your seat. From the beginning with the Uncle, when they were crossing the boarder and through the entire movie. This send a good message of what the life of a Spanish child might be like today, with the mother of father in the States trying to make money to send back home to the family. The frustrations of the mother living so far from her son. Wanting freedom to live without fear in the US. Wanting to be able to send for the child. The Spanish people seem to be very hard working and family oriented, with the elder center and other family members around to care for them and protect them. Spanish people are very pationate individuals they seem to express thereselves in every action of life, there music, stories, and dance. Expression can be seen grately in there clothing.
