The women seem to be over reacting in this film. Although this is a comedy I can see allot of dramatized scenes. I do think the Spanish women are sometimes dramatic about situations, especially the men in there lives. I have seen women in similar situations that do have some of the same trate such as tracking down the other woman. Destroying the mans things.
The women today are more secure about themselves. They can be successful without the man in there life. I feel today a woman in that situation especially in the US would have told that man to
bleep off.
The European films are more liberal and free to express the way they want compared to the US. We have more people who are offended by the content, language and graphic scenes. Instead of turning it off they would make a big issue of the movie. As far as a comedy!!! To me it was very close to a low rate porn. Very poor plot. Low budget.
This movie was not one of the best movies that I have seen but I enjoied it.
